Hamavlet supports its customers and accompanies them throughout their product lifecycles, from product development stages, through prototyping and model manufacturing, production specification, small series manufacturing, and up to serial manufacturing. Hamavlet maintains dedicated production departments, that together integrate various manufacturing technologies, such as: Die design and manufacture, cold metal stamping, EDM wire cutting, EDM drilling, CNC bending, product assembly and sub assembly, epoxy molding on electronic components, laser micromachining, surface treatments, heat treatments, etc.
Hamavlet works with a wide variety of Government and private entities from different industries, including: Defense, aviation and aerospace, electronics, medical devices, electronic packaging and communications, consumer products, the metal working industry, etc. The extensive experience accumulated over the years, and the ability to integrate CNC and traditional manufacturing technologies under one roof, gives Hamavlet an advantage in providing customers with customized manufacturing solutions tailored to their needs.

| Founder | We are sorry to announce the departure of Mr. Haim Sintov on March 16th, 2012. Hamavlet was established by Mr. Haim Sintov, recipient of the Kaplan Prize (1964-5) for the manufacture of the first dies for the chassis of the Uzi, as part of the development team at Israel Military Industries. Three generations of the Sintov family participated in setting up the Company and built a modern factory producing quality products for local and international clients. |
