Manufacture of chassis and housings
Aircraft wing chassis
Imparting freedom of movement, fixing components, and improving the mechanical properties of the product involves attaching components to a common base or framework for constructing the product. Supports impart strength, toughness, and resistance to severe operating conditions.
Chassis
A chassis supports and joins components together, and serves either as a sub-assembly support or as a framework for the entire product. The chassis derives its geometry and structure from the application, and depends on required properties as strength, electrical insulation, heat conduction and visual aspects.
Various methods can be used to attach electronic components and mechanical components to the chassis, including: Riveting, screwing, welding, bonding and pressing (embossing, close-fit items). Fastener insertion into the chassis during the initial assembly makes it easier to attach or dismantle components later and therefore provides flexibility in maintaining and upgrading the product. Fasteners also serve to assemble the product itself as a component in a larger system.

Housing / Electronic packaging
Housing organizes electronic and mechanical components together and protects them from environmental conditions. A casing or housing may require EMI/RFI shielding, ventilation openings, access for wiring, connectors and other adaptations to working conditions.
The electronic packaging industry specializes in the design and manufacture of housings for the electronics industry. Manufacturing a case entails laying out the outline and then forming the part by a series of precision bending operations to achieve the final shape.
Hamavlet manufactures electronic packages according to the customer requirements and the product specifications. Blanking and forming combinations include: EDM wire cutting and CNC bending, die blanking and die forming, or laser cutting and CNC bending. Technological integration reduces costs and shortens lead times in small series and large series manufacturing.
Interlocking communication housing
Control panels are manufactured separately or as part of an electronic package. Precision apertures can be made in the panels for the insertion of connectors, switches, ventilation grooves, illumination apertures, visual indicators, audio accessories, and in preparation for package assembly.
Supplementary services
Mechanical assembly, laser welding, electrical spot welding, fasteners insertion, painting and coating.
